Digital Marketing Performance Analyst Join our Marketing team at

as a
Digital Marketing Performance Analyst
to ensure accurate data capture across digital campaigns and build integrated dashboards to deliver actionable insights and robust reporting.
We support hybrid working, with a regular 3 days a week presence required in our Bournemouth offices.
Key Responsibilities
Review and maintain GTM tags to ensure consistency with business requirements.
Provide expert recommendations on GA4 data usage and create clear technical event documentation to define the scope of analysis.
Create rich datasets and merge information by exploring data sources, Google Search Console and internal systems. Query data using SQL from Google Analytics.
Design and maintain data visualisations, reports, and dashboards (using tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel) that are intuitive to assist decision making.
Monitor data quality and create alerts for data discrepancies for investigation.
Ensure GDPR compliance and incorporate into workflows for data-modelling with GA4 consent mode integration.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, marketing or any other relevant field, with a strong interest in data analysis.
Previous experience as a technical digital analyst with a good understanding of user journeys and conversion optimisation.
Experience in managing and analysing analytics accounts, goals, properties, dashboards, reports, segments, and custom channel/content groupings.
Good working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and BigQuery Cloud data.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage own workload effectively.
Experience with workflow management and audit tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SharePoint and Confluence.
