Business Development Executive Full Time Permanent £30,000-£45,000 DOE + OTE Office and field based# Our client is offering a high autonomy, revenue driving opportunity for a commercially minded Business Development Executive who wants real ownership, visible impact, and uncapped potential. You will be trusted to shape your own pipeline, build meaningful partnerships, and directly influence commercial growth across hospitality, sponsorship, and partnership offerings. If you are someone who thrives on momentum, relationship building, and closing deals, and you enjoy seeing your efforts translate directly into results and commission, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that. The opportunity You will play a key role in accelerating commercial revenue through a blend of outbound sales, field activity, and face to face engagement. This is a hands on role with genuine variety, combining proactive sales activity with live events, networking, and ongoing account management. You will be empowered to run your own desk, manage the full sales lifecycle, and work closely with senior leadership to grow and evolve the commercial offering. Key responsibilities Sales and revenue generation Proactively identify and win new business through field sales, outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and in person networking Sell a range of commercial offerings including hospitality packages, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close and long term relationship management Work towards individual and team revenue targets, with performance based commission and incentives Relationship management Build strong, long term relationships with new and existing commercial clients Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring a professional and high quality client experience Spot opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional commercial offerings Events and on site activity Represent the organisation at events, networking functions, and client engagements Support the delivery of commercial activations and live events Occasional Saturday working required, with time off in lieu during the week Organisation and follow up Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow ups using CRM or internal systems Ensure consistent, timely follow up to maximise conversion rates Work alongside a colleague handling lower level sales activity to support overall commercial performance Collaboration and reporting Work closely with senior leadership and marketing teams to align sales activity with wider commercial strategy Provide regular updates on pipeline health, forecasts, and performance What we are looking for You will suit this role if you have proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within hospitality, events, partnerships, or a similar commercial environment You are highly motivated by targets, commission, and revenue growth You are confident selling both over the phone and face to face You are organised, persistent, and excellent at follow up You enjoy relationship building but are equally driven to close deals You are comfortable with flexibility, including occasional Saturday work You communicate with confidence and professionalism What is in it for you Competitive base salary with OTE linked to targets and event performance High autonomy role with real ownership of your pipeline and accounts Clear opportunity to progress within a growing commercial function A genuinely varied role combining office based sales, field work, and live client engagementFor more information contact Millie on (phone number removed) INDPERM
