Corolla Beauty Co. Is seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team! We are looking for someone that will provide professional hair care services to our guests, helping them achieve their desired look and enhancing their natural beauty. We take pride in the welcoming and fun, yet, professional and relaxing enviornment at Corolla Beauty Co., and we are so excited to grow our team!
Duties:
- Perform a variety of hair care services including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable hairstyles or treatments
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative and creative styling options
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in proper working condition
- Manage salon software (e.g., VAGARO) for appointment scheduling and client records.
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, answering phone calls, and processing payments
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming salon environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist.
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling and cutting techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in store management or leadership roles is a plus
