Ediscovery Applications Support Engineer
This is a full time, direct hire, remote position. The eDiscovery Applications Support Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for providing end-to-end support and maintenance of mission-critical eDiscovery applications, including Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, Brainspace, and other leading platforms. This position is accountable for maintaining uptime, resolving application issues, performing upgrades, and delivering high-quality support for internal teams and clients. Engineers in this role are expected to troubleshoot complex technical problems, manage incidents within established SLAs, and act as trusted technical resources for eDiscovery applications. Base salary will range based on experience as a Level I, II, or III Applications Support Engineer. $70,000.00 - $130,000.00/yr Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Long and Short Term Disability, Pet Insurance, Paid Time Off accrued at a rate of 15.33 hours at the end of each full month worked, 7 paid holidays, Bonus Incentives Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support and troubleshooting for Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, Brainspace, and other leading eDiscovery platforms Administer and maintain user accounts, groups, and permissions Manage incidents and requests through Jira Service Management, ensuring SLA adherence Create, improve, and maintain technical documentation in Confluence to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including Microsoft SQL Server database-related problems Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure system availability and responsiveness Collaborate with IT and project teams to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and deliver project work Document processes and contribute to continual improvement of workflows, automation, and efficiency Support environment provisioning, system builds, patching, configuration management, and security initiatives (e.g., risk assessments, vulnerability scanning) Participate in Scrum team activities to plan and execute strategic initiatives. Take direction from supervisor and adhere to all company policies and safety standards Qualifications
Candidates must have legal US authorization to work for any employer. Other qualifications include: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience Minimum 2+ years in legal support, application support, or technical support Experience in Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, Brainspace, and other eDiscovery applications is preferred Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query execution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Scripting experience to automate tasks and processes Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) Relativity certification (RCA) preferred ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL practices Knowledge of legal technology workflows, the EDRM Framework, and industry best practices Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
