In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital solutions across a wide range of internal projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative Product Delivery Team, driving technical change and innovation at every level of the business.

What you’ll be doing You’ll lead end-to-end business analysis, partnering closely with stakeholders and developers to gather and document requirements, map and improve processes, and ensure the delivery of impactful IT change projects using Agile methodologies. You’ll:
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
Support strategic initiatives through data analysis and trend identification
Use tools like UML, process maps, wireframes, and prototypes
Collaborate with test leads and developers throughout project lifecycles
Ensure documentation, QA, and stakeholder communications are thorough and accurate
What we’re looking for
Naturally curious, with a strong analytical mindset
Confident communicator able to bridge tech and non-tech teams
Self-starter with excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
Experience working in agile environments, particularly in high-volume or transactional digital spaces
Bonus if you’ve worked with data visualisation tools, Visio, or similar
