Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in sunny Tampa, Florida! We are seeking energetic individuals to support our daily warehouse activities. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving goods to dispatching orders. Key responsibilities include picking items, packing them securely, and ensuring accurate labeling for shipment. You'll also assist with inventory management, maintaining organized stock levels, and performing regular cycle counts. Maintaining a safe working environment is a top priority, so adherence to all Safety protocols and the consistent use of provided PPE is mandatory. This position demands physical stamina for tasks involving frequent Lifting and requires the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively. - Receive, verify, and store incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist in other warehouse functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is an advantage.
- Ability to handle continuous physical activity, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards and using PPE correctly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
