In this role, you will be instrumental in managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. We pride ourselves on maintaining a secure and productive work environment, and your adherence to safety guidelines, including the consistent use of mandated PPE, is critical. This position requires physical agility and the capacity for lifting items of significant weight. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and using PPE.
