Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Load and unload shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety standards, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
This position involves significant manual labor, including frequent lifting of objects up to 50 lbs. This is a critical role in our logistics network, requiring dedication and a focus on efficiency and safety.
