Join our expanding logistics network as a Warehouse Associate in Des Moines, Iowa. Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, unload, and inspect inbound inventory.
  • Sort and place stock in the correct warehouse locations for optimal accessibility.
  • Process customer orders by picking items accurately and efficiently.
  • Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, verifying contents and applying appropriate labels.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facilities.
  • Follow all established safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
  • Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proactive approach to safety and operational efficiency.
