We are hiring a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our thriving St. Louis, Missouri distribution center. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for picking and packing a variety of products, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key duties include using RF scanners to locate items, carefully packing goods, and processing shipments. You will also assist with receiving, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Your contribution is vital to our customer satisfaction and the overall success of our fulfillment operations. Strict adherence to safety protocols and the correct use of PPE are required.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanning technology or pick sheets.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely to ensure product safety during transit.
- Process shipments using various shipping carriers and software.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory; stock shelves accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks safely.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics and fulfillment process.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center role is advantageous.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and order fulfillment technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics principles.
