Job Summary:

This role is hands-on and involves a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using order sheets and scanning equipment.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against manifests.
  • Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory levels.
  • Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in our logistics center.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
  • Understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
