Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using order sheets and scanning equipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against manifests.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory levels.
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in our logistics center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
