Our growing facility in Durham, North Carolina is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to support our daily operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse management, from inbound receipts to outbound shipments. This includes unloading trucks, inspecting goods for damage, accurately stocking inventory, picking orders, and preparing items for shipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, ensuring all areas are safe and accessible. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently under pressure is essential. We pride ourselves on a culture of safety and teamwork, and all employees are expected to contribute to maintaining a secure workplace. Regular use of PPE is required, including safety vests and gloves. This position involves frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and requires individuals to be on their feet for extended periods. Understanding of basic Logistics principles is beneficial, and comprehensive training on equipment operation and Safety procedures will be provided.
