We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, handling a variety of tasks related to the movement and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders, all while maintaining a strong focus on Safety and efficiency. We value individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding our high standards in a demanding Logistics environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform regular Safety checks and adhere to all company policies regarding PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Contribute to team efforts and support overall warehouse goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and walking.
- Must be capable of performing significant Lifting, up to 60 lbs, on a regular basis.
- Strong commitment to Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including potential overtime.
- Understanding of basic inventory and Logistics principles.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
