This position requires individuals who are comfortable with physical demands, including consistent Lifting of packages of varying weights and sizes. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy in order fulfillment, minimizing errors, and ensuring that all items are packed securely and correctly. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety in all warehouse activities. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory, and adherence to all Safety guidelines is expected. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label and prepare packages for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following Safety best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding Safety and the use of PPE.
- Practice safe Lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
