Our rapidly growing logistics operation in Jacksonville, Florida, is looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our distribution center. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, and we are looking for individuals who share that commitment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, always utilizing appropriate PPE.
- Adhere to all logistics and company safety guidelines.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to handle lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and using PPE correctly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
