We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our facility in Provo, Utah. This role is central to our order fulfillment process, demanding accuracy and speed in selecting items and preparing them for shipment. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, responsible for both picking products and efficiently packing them to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. This position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work within the logistics industry. Responsibilities include: accurately picking items based on order sheets, using RF scanners to track inventory, inspecting items for quality, and then carefully packing them into appropriate shipping containers. You will also be responsible for labeling packages and staging them for pickup by our shipping partners. This role involves regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds and requires the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment. Safety is our top priority, and all employees must adhere to our comprehensive safety procedures. This is a fast-paced position where efficiency and accuracy are key to our logistics operations. Key tasks include: managing inventory levels on picking carts, ensuring packing materials are readily available, and communicating with supervisors about any issues.
