We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations, encompassing receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to a smooth flow of goods within our logistics system, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses a strong work ethic, and is dedicated to upholding high standards of productivity and safety .
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
- Select and prepare products for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct use of required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, and perform lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems are a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
