What You Need To Know We’re looking for a Compliance and Data Specialist to drive performance and continuous improvement across our Potable Tanks teams. You’ll develop user-friendly reporting suites, provide actionable insights, support weekly performance meetings, and embed effective metrics. This role involves identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, safety, productivity, and operational excellence, while collaborating with leaders to implement and sustain improvements.
Key Accountabilities
Support the development of short-, medium-, and long-term plans with performance metrics. Review, analyse, and track results to enhance data integrity and create data-driven improvement plans.
Constructively challenge underperforming areas, seek efficient and customer-focused solutions, and build strong stakeholder relationships as the primary contact for reporting and analysis.
Lead continuous improvement in management information (MI) and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely insights. Evaluate data quality and implement processes to improve accuracy and completeness.
Support business change deliverables aligned with strategic goals, manage controllable costs with finance, ensure compliance, and empower teams with self-service solutions and data capability building.
What You’ll Bring To The Role The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, resilience, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure while simplifying complex information for diverse audiences. They should bring experience in process improvement and data analysis, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and proficiency with tools like Excel or Power BI.
