Position Title:
Trainee Phlebotomist (Health Assessment Specialist)
Location:
Field based – various locations in London (Ilford, Woodbridge, Redbridge, Barking, Dagenham)
Salary:
£27,783 per year plus commission, overtime, expenses and benefits

Responsibilities
Work 4 x 10‑hour shifts per week (40 hours total) on shifts scheduled 6 am–10 pm, Monday–Sunday, allocated 3‑weeks in advance.
Drive up to 2 hours to reach daily venues; public transport may be required sometimes.
Plan routes and travel to assigned venue each day; set up kit and greet customers.
Conduct health assessments for 15–22 customers per day (appointments 10–45 minutes).
Perform various tests (PAD, ECG, phlebotomy once qualified, lung function, body composition, fitness tests) and offer advice on further testing when appropriate, while ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
Do not provide results or lifestyle advice after assessments are complete.
Requirements
Full UK license and access to a private vehicle (car) to transport kit; ability to store kit at home.
Availability to work any shift Monday–Sunday, 6 am–10 pm on a rota basis.
Computer literacy – laptop, phone, tablet usage.
Clear and enhanced DBS checks, processed by us.
Travel up to 2 hours from home; occasional overnight stays.
Resident within the specified London locations.
Attendance required at Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Monday‑Friday).
Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.
Criminal records check (enhanced) covered by us.
