In this Mechanical Design Engineer role, you will:
Work on the mechanical design of new and existing products within a tight knit R&D group Create and update 3D models, assemblies and detailed drawings for production Select suitable materials for harsh environments and long life applications Support design reviews, testing activity and day to day engineering tasks across the team
The ideal Surrey-based Mechanical Design Engineer will have:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering Confident use of a modern 3D CAD system Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and mechanical principles Interest in instrumentation, automation or other engineered systems
