*What You’ll Do*
* Lead and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
* Provide hands-on patient care and monitor conditions
* Administer medications and manage pain
* Ensure accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges
* Communicate effectively with families and during shift reports
* Maintain infection control and safety standards
* Deliver compassionate end-of-life care when needed
*What We’re Looking For*
* Graduate of an accredited LPN program
* Active *New York State LPN license*
* Current CPR certification
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
