Pay Range £32,000 – £35,000 basic + Commission OTE £55,000+.
Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:30. Start from home; travel up to 1.5 hours to car dealerships if required.
Duties
Carry out mobile smart repairs: setting up and using a spray gun, mixing paint, matching colours, using filler, primer, and lacquer.
Acknowledge safety regulations and assess that the job can be carried out.
Work in various weather conditions.
Repairs on Vehicles Include
Minor scuffs and scratches
Paint blemishes
Stone chips
Wings/doors sprayed
Small dents
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a paint spraying environment.
Preferably automotive/motor trade background (not essential).
Familiarity with power and hand tools used in paint repair.
Requirements
Valid full UK driving licence.
Knowledge of filler.
Able to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend.
Right to work in the UK.
Strong customer service.
Good time‑keeper.
Basic maths and English required.
Previous customer‑facing roles.
Great attention to detail.
Assessment/Induction Day required.
