Spot Quote Assistant Location:
Wythenshawe, Manchester Type:
Full‑time | Mon‑Fri 9:00‑17:00
Are you detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment?
We’re looking for a Spot Quote Assistant to join our team and support our sales operations by delivering accurate, timely quotes and exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer quote requests using DSV’s preferred tools.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Maximise revenue opportunities from existing customers.
Identify potential sales leads and coordinate with Business Development Managers.
Promote DSV services including myDSV, Quote & Book, and Track & Trace.
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
Handle general enquiries via phone and email.
About You
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid administrative and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
Good literacy, numeracy, and presentation skills.
A proactive, customer‑first attitude with attention to detail.
