Position
Mobile Phlebotomist (Field Based – Faringdon, Hatford, Radcot, Watchfield, Bampton, Stanford in the Vale)
£27,783 per year plus commission, overtime, expenses and benefits.

Responsibilities, hours and the day‑to‑day of the role
You will be required to work 4 x 10‑hour shifts per week, totalling 40 hours per week. These hours can fall at any time between 6 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday, and will be allocated by our resource planner 3 weeks in advance.
Shifts may include driving up to 2 hours to reach the venue – this is outside the 10‑hour shift. In some cases, public transport may be required.
You will work in many new and wonderful venues throughout the region.
Planning your route and travelling to your allocated venue is the first step of the day. You can expect to drive 30 minutes to 2 hours to your venue, unpack and set up your kit, and then greet the first customers. You can expect to see 15 to 22 customers a day; appointment durations range from 10 to 45 minutes per customer.
You will perform health assessments (PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy – once qualified, Lung Function, Body Composition, short fitness tests) and offer advice on further testing where appropriate. You will also update all relevant administration records.
You will not be required to relay any results or further lifestyle advice to customers after the assessments are complete.
Requirements
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (the role requires transporting your kit and storing kit items at home when not working).
Ability to work any day between Monday and Sunday, at any time between 6 am and 10 pm on a rota basis (rotas include 6 am‑4 pm, 8 am‑6 pm, and 1 pm‑10 pm).
Must be able to use a computer, laptop, phone or tablet to a satisfactory degree.
Clear DBS – processed on your behalf.
Ability to travel up to 2 hours away from your home location and occasional overnight stays where required.
Must live within a reasonable distance of the regional location.
Must attend our Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks of training (both weeks require Monday‑Friday attendance).
