- Provides clerical support to the HR department
- Research, surveys, various projects as required
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, filing, Laserfiche
- Provide superior customer service when performing a variety of administrative functions
- Support the recruitment process through scheduling interviews/testing, and ensure timely feedback is provided to all external candidates
- Aid in the preparation for new employee onboarding
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Responsible for general office duties such as booking meetings, organizing stock, printer support, and other office maintenance as required
- The responsibilities described above are representative and are not to be construed as all-inclusive
- A strong interest in or desire to work in the HR field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Preference given to students enrolled in Human Resources Management or related field
- Must be returning to full-time University or College studies in September 2026
