As the Sr. Manager - Data Analytics for Transcend Make and Quality, you will drive the comprehensive design and strategy of data and analytics solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across all regions, you will ensure alignment with global organizational goals, leveraging industry best practices in data governance, advanced analytics, and integrated reporting. Key Responsibilities: Work with functional leads and business teams to incorporate supply chain specific needs into business requirements while remaining aligned with procedures and global standards.
Own & manage business requirement backlog and ensuring SAP S/4 clean core alignment.
Design and manage global templates for analytics in collaboration with key stakeholders (IM Transcend teams; IMSC Data Strategy and Operations)
Drive standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency across regions.
Define governance policies to ensure the accurate use, updates, and maintenance of the global analytics and related templates.
Regularly audit and refine templates based on user feedback and changing business needs.
Provide detailed business requirements (BUS) to deployment teams.
Support the technical deployment.
Serve as a central point of contact for template users across the organization during the project.
Act as an inspiring leader and key advisor on emerging trends in data management and analytics technologies
Lead all aspects of data products life-cycle management related activities.
Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, or related field is preferred
Experience and Skills: Required: At least 8 years of work experience
Proven track record of managing data assets and ensuring data quality and governance
Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data modelling, and data architecture principles
Familiarity with data governance tools, data management platforms, and data quality management practices
Strong background with SAP S/4
Deep knowledge of the supply chain operations, including understanding processes, rules, and data requirements
Good Data Strategy facilitator to help drive business impacts
Great collaboration skills and ability to interpret end user needs
Preferred: Experience in the Pharmaceuticals and/or Healthcare industries
Technical expertise and knowledge for digital solution implementation and deployment.
Demonstrate software programming expertise and advanced database knowledge
Combined business acumen with data modelling background
Experience shaping data service levels agreement with different end user groups
Knowledge in data lifecycle management procedures and standard methodologies
Demonstrates analytics skills and critical thinking
Leading with purposes and sense of urgency
Other: This position may require up to 20% of domestic or international travel
Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $120,000-$207,000 USD Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Condolence Leave - 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member
Caregiver Leave - 10 days
Volunteer Leave - 4 days
Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours
