Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) team at HW Fisher. This is a small but busy team, working on a variety of important tasks to ensure the firm’s compliance with financial crime regulations and to protect our clients and the business.
In this role, you could be responsible for managing the end-to-end upload and integration of a portfolio of clients into the Firm’s client onboarding system. You will ensure that all client data is collected, validated, and accurately imported in line with our procedures.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the team’s day-to-day operations, and contributing to the firm’s compliance and risk management efforts. Full training will be provided, making it ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in this important area.
Key Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role are varied and would include the following:
Manage the collection, validation, and preparation of client data for upload into the Firm’s onboarding system
Inputting client data into the client take on system
Running conflict checks
Maintain clear documentation, audit trails, and status updates throughout the upload process
Collaborate with onboarding, compliance, and technical teams to support a smooth client onboarding experience
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise This role is ideal for a quick thinking, enthusiastic individual who can effectively prioritise, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong attention to detail is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
