1st Line Cook

**Job Summary:**

**Duties:**

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the executive chef

• Follow recipes and prepare ingredients for menu items

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

• Ensure food safety standards are met at all times

• Collaborate with kitchen team members to deliver high-quality dishes

• Help with inventory management and stock rotation

• Support in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or banquet kitchen environment

• Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques

• Familiarity with food safety regulations

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
