Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and gather items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Print and affix shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Process orders through our fulfillment system.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders before shipment.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive work environment.
