We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team at our Salt Lake City, Utah distribution center. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to all safety standards within our logistics facility. Your responsibilities will include managing and motivating warehouse staff, coordinating workflow, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE, and conducting regular safety training for your team. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be required occasionally. A commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment is essential.
