The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring products are handled with care. Attention to detail is key to accurately fulfilling orders and preventing discrepancies. You will be trained on our specific operational procedures and safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Identify and report any damaged or defective goods.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly. Familiarity with warehouse equipment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Commitment to safety and willingness to wear required PPE. Basic math and reading skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Standing and walking for extended periods is required.
