We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our busy facility in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is fundamental to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment. You will be instrumental in ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and safely from arrival to departure. A strong focus on Safety procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times. This position involves considerable Lifting and moving of materials, playing a vital role in our Logistics pipeline. Your dedication to Safety is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed, following all Safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in keeping accurate stock records.
- Report any damages, shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as directed.
- Contribute to team goals by supporting colleagues and fulfilling assigned tasks.
- Participate in ongoing training related to warehouse operations and Logistics best practices.
The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing tasks involving significant Lifting, have a strong work ethic, and possess good attention to detail. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not a strict requirement. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the Logistics sector within a supportive team environment in St. Louis.
