We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to maintain the integrity and accuracy of our warehouse inventory. Your responsibilities will include conducting cycle counts, reconciling stock levels, and ensuring all inventory data is up-to-date in our system. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role. You will be crucial in supporting efficient warehouse management and preventing stock discrepancies. Safety is a paramount concern, and all team members are required to adhere to safety regulations and use appropriate PPE. - Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies identified during counts or operations.
- Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) promptly and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels, identifying and reporting potential stock issues.
- Assist with the receiving and put-away processes as needed to maintain inventory flow.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety standards and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to improve inventory accuracy.
- Support other logistics functions as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory management role.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory control methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles.
- Capable of performing tasks involving moderate Lifting and handling of inventory.
