We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading shipments using appropriate equipment and following safety procedures.
- Receiving incoming goods, verifying quantities, and inspecting for damage.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Organizing and stocking inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper rotation and placement.
- Performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Adhering to all company Safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Wearing and maintaining all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and gloves.
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by supervisors.
- Participating in team activities to achieve overall logistics and warehouse goals.
- Performing regular physical tasks including Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to perform physical duties in a dynamic warehouse setting. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.
