We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders. This role involves navigating our warehouse efficiently to locate and retrieve products using handheld scanners or other technology. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each order to minimize errors and enhance customer satisfaction. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets is essential. Your primary duties will include identifying product locations, picking the correct items and quantities, and preparing them for the packing station. Proper lifting techniques are crucial, as you will be required to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs regularly. We maintain a strong focus on workplace safety; therefore, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.
