Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and condition.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting items up to 40 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
