In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You'll be instrumental in maintaining an organized and safe work environment, ensuring that inventory is handled with care and accuracy. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We handle a wide range of products, so comfort with lifting and moving items is essential. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to meet daily operational targets and contribute to the overall success of our logistics department. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet wrappers (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform duties involving lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
