Partner Solutions Architect (Incubation Product)
to help Microsoft partners
sell, implement, and drive adoption
of
Modern Work
solutions. This role blends
solution architecture/consulting ,
technical sales support , and
partner coaching —supporting partners from early opportunity through to successful delivery.
What you’ll do:
Educate partners on relevant programmes, benefits, and requirements
Run workshops/training and connect partners to the right Microsoft resources
Improve partner readiness across sales motion and technical delivery
First Win support:
Coach partner sales teams through early deals (positioning, technical validation, objections)
Support implementation and troubleshooting during first deployments
Provide clear, solution-led responses to technical queries
Help partners sharpen positioning, differentiation, and go-to-market approach
Support offer/practice development to strengthen partner propositions
Time split:
CSA playbook (50%) : follow central incubation processes, keep tools/workflows clean, maintain operational rigor
Product playbook (30%) : apply product-specific processes with deep product knowledge (sales + implementation)
Ad-hoc initiatives (20%) : campaigns and urgent partner/business needs
What we’re looking for:
Lead architecture / consulting experience
(core requirement)
3+ years
in technical sales, consulting, partner enablement, or partner management
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Modern Work
technologies
Confident communicator (presenting, stakeholder management, partner coaching)
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred product focus: Copilot for M365 ,
Microsoft Viva , and/or
Intune Suite
