What You’ll Do
Attend warm, qualified, inbound leads (no cold outreach)
Complete property assessments (fully trained)
Explain the benefits, savings and system options
Present proposals and answer customer questions
Guide customers through the signup process
Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
Handover the job to our account manager after the sale
This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys autonomy, and wants to earn a high income.
Essential Qualifications
Solar experience (mandatory; training provided)
Previous sales experience (any industry, solar preferred)
Comfortable speaking with customers face‑to‑face
Motivated by high earnings
Coachable and willing to learn
Full UK driving licence
Confident, positive, professional attitude

In‑home sales experience
Experience in renewable energy, home improvements, car sales, telecoms, financial sales, roofing, or utilities
