Key Responsibilities
Lead process design and transformation workstreams for large-scale Core Banking programs.
Create and maintain Target Product Catalogue and Target Process Catalogue.
Reimagine legacy banking processes and define target‑state business and operational processes.
Conduct as‑is process discovery with operations, business SMEs, and technology teams.
Develop to‑be workflows, business rules, dependencies, and SLAs.
Build or Update BPMN 2.0 process models using ADONIS.
Ensure all processes meet German regulatory requirements including BaFin, PSD2, MaRisk, and GDPR.
Facilitate workshops, process walkthroughs, and requirement clarification sessions.
Maintain structured documentation of as‑is and to‑be processes.
Align cross‑functional stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in BFSI/Core Banking domain.
Deep understanding of core banking products: current accounts, savings, term deposits, call money, mortgages, consumer lending, Lombard loans.
Experience with Core Banking platforms such as Thought Machine.
Advanced expertise in BPMN 2.0 modelling using ADONIS.
Strong understanding of German regulatory frameworks including BaFin, PSD2, GDPR, and MaRisk.
Hands‑on experience analysing legacy system processes and defining target operating models.
Strong documentation and process design capability.
Native or C2 German language proficiency (mandatory).
