Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack products securely and attractively using appropriate shipping materials.
- Label all outgoing shipments accurately and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for efficient dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment goals.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse technology proficiently.
- Assist with other warehouse duties to support overall logistics operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to comply with all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
