Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is central to our daily operations, involving a variety of warehouse tasks to ensure efficient product flow. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety is required. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick items for orders based on pick lists or system instructions.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
Physical Demands:
This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting. Employees must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Adherence to all safety regulations and mandatory use of PPE is critical for this position.
