We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies.
- Safely unload and load trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, meeting production quotas.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Willingness to perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
Physical Demands:
This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting. Employees must be able to consistently lift up to 50 pounds. A commitment to wearing required PPE at all times is essential for your safety.
