Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where you will play a vital role in our daily warehouse operations. This position is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that goods are handled, stored, and moved efficiently and safely. Your duties will include receiving products, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. We foster a culture of safety and expect all employees to be vigilant in following procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role demands physical stamina, as it requires frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and movement throughout the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming goods.
- Stock inventory accurately and maintain organized storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and wearing PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
