Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use all mandated PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic understanding of inventory control.
