Become a key player in our efficient Logistics network as a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, Arizona. We are looking for individuals eager to contribute to our dynamic warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling customer orders, packing items securely for shipment, and assisting with inventory management. Accuracy and speed are vital to meeting our operational demands. This role involves physical activity, including regular Lifting of boxes and products. We are deeply committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety, and all associates must strictly adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential. Responsibilities include: Inspecting and stocking incoming merchandise, accurately picking items from shelves, packing orders using appropriate materials, verifying order accuracy before shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE.
