Our busy distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations, involving a wide range of warehouse activities. You will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and managing inventory. Accuracy and efficiency are key. This position requires the ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of materials. Safety is our number one priority, and all associates are expected to follow strict Safety protocols. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, which contributes to overall operational success. This role offers the opportunity to learn various aspects of warehouse management and contribute to a fast-paced team. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. Responsibilities include: Unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming merchandise or material; arranging stock in specific locations; picking orders accurately; packaging items for shipment; and participating in inventory counts. You must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities. Your role is critical to our Logistics chain.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 60 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic math and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
