Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or discrepancies.
- Carefully and securely pack items, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to packages.
- Maintain an organized and clean packing station and general warehouse area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as directed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operation.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of packages up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail to prevent errors in picking and packing.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Must be able to stand and move for the duration of your shift.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics processes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
