Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform frequent and heavy Lifting, bending, and standing.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
