We are looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our busy distribution center in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a key role within our logistics operations, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse. You will be operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory, and assist in order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Pick and stage orders for shipment using forklift equipment.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock placement.
- Follow all company policies, including the proper use of PPE and Safety procedures.
- Support other warehouse activities as directed to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Certified and experienced Forklift Operator with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting, up to 60 lbs, as part of the job requirements.
- Solid understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory control principles.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Commitment to Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
